Simply put, I had a toilet fixture issue in one bathroom, wife mentioned hearing great things about the Moffett plumbing service on a local radio station. I called at 8pm at night and Nicole answered and was very pleasant and friendly. I mentioned if they extended a good price I would do both bathrooms. Well I set the appointment for the following morning, their technician Ray Dolan arrived on time and was very professional and explained things very clearly and accurately with no pressure. He assessed my problem and explained my options and cost, it was a no brainer, and once I gave the thumbs up he went right to work, and man this guy works hard! Through then entire job he kept a positive pleasant attitude even after having to crawl under my home to get to the pipes that needed to be replaced on a hot day in SOCAL. I watched him work and the quality of his work is bar none and I would have been foolish not to allow him to replace my second bathroom fixture. He was on the job for about 6 hours, but because of the work involved and the quality it was for good reason. For the flat price I paid I received top quality service and hardware and I never thought I would be so excited to flush my new toilets. This man does his job extremely well and the detail and cleanliness in which he works is phenomenal. The install of both toilet fixtures was exemplary and I had no remorse when signing the check for payment for services rendered. I was worth every single penny of what I spent for the quality of the work and time spent to provide the service. I very highly recommend Tom Moffett Plumbing without hesitation. If you want it done right call these guys. I am a Diamond Club Member and having that piece of mind that no matter what happens with anything in my home that involves water, they are there to fix the problem. Don’t think, just call them, you won’t be disappointed. “

  • “We contacted Tom Moffet Plumbing in August after repeated drain clogs. We chose Tom Moffet Plumbing because it is a larger firm and has its own camera to look into the drains. Plumber Paul and Assistant Dave spent two days at our home and worked hard to diagnose and solve the problem. We had large roots in our drain pipe that caused repeated back ups. They were very professional in explaining the problem, showing the problem areas and in walking us through our options and costs for each. They worked for 11 hours on the 2nd Day to make sure the job was done, including clearing a last minute clog. They represented your company very well in terms of their professionalism and work ethic.   • “I have an older townhouse whose plumbing is showing its age. I have been a customer of Moffett Plumbing for several years and have been very satisfied with their work. I have used them primarily for repairs and emergencies including major drain repair, drain snaking, pressure regulator installation, and water heater replacement (the first and last no easy task due to limited access space). I am currently negotiating with them to replace the rest of my worn-out plumbing components as a single package deal. May be a bit pricy, but high-quality and very professional. (Note that I do not know the going rate for plumbing repairs; Moffett might be a bit on the high end, but they deliver quality work. They work on a fixed item fee basis and give estimates first. And their company trucks are fairly large plumbing warehouses/shops on wheels; it is very rare that they have to go pick up parts or equipment in mid job.) If you become a regular customer or anticipate repeat plumbing emergencies, I recommend their “Diamond Club” membership — you get weekend emergency service and some price discounts. My membership paid for itself the first year, as I had a few emergencies (mostly drain stoppages at bad times) in a row. My only caveat is that they may be a bit pricy and they will attempt to sell you side services — Diamond Club membership, water softeners/filters, drain care products — but are NOT high-pressure about it. You can refuse if you can’t afford them. Someone told me that’s just part of the plumbing business competition.”
